Olene Walker Housing Loan Fund (OWHLF)
The fund is comprised of state and federal funds for assistance in the construction, rehabilitation, and purchase of multi-family and single-family housing units throughout the state. The fund name is in honor of former Governor Olene Walker for her longtime advocacy of affordable housing. Utahns served by the fund include those with low-incomes, first-time home buyers, residents with special needs such as the elderly, developmentally disabled, physically disabled, victims of abuse, and Native Americans
